Orders may be placed at any time throughout the year. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. Most awards ship out within one business day of the order being placed. If you have already received a standing order, you may still order additional items as needed at any time. We do not offer engraving services. (Award plates should be rotary engraved, not laser engraved.) Important: If your school has any outstanding invoices from a previous year, even if the order was placed by another director or department, we cannot process new orders until the account has been paid. Award Shipping Information: Most orders ship the day we receive them or the next business day (approximate shipping times below) . We ship from south Florida, so nearby states will receive them more quickly. Shipping rates are posted below. Most awards are shipped ground FedEx unless otherwise requested. (Orders of certificates/pins only are usually sent via USPS). Email or call for shipping costs outside the contiguous U.S. (Rush shipping available upon request.) Awards Catalog Download Important Award Policies Below Standing Orders About Standing Orders: Place the student awards you want to present each year on a standing order - this can be done at any time. You will receive confirmation notices in the mail in January and February. Make any changes you want before March 1 (you can add a purchase order number at this time if required by your school) and then receive the order in mid March. This avoids last minute rush shipping charges if you get busy and forget to order on time. There is never any obligation - cancel at any time. * * * Important Award Policies: 1. We will only ship awards to a school address (with the exception of certificate frames which may be ordered by parents and students). 2. If you are presenting one of our awards, you must also purchase at least one element of a student award from us to present to the student. The awards are intended to honor the students, and s chools may not just put the student’s name on a wall plaque. 3. These awards (including the names and images) are registered with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and are protected by registered marks. Duplication of these awards or the creation of similar awards is prohibited and will be prosecuted. We are a sole source provider of our awards; there are no authorized dealers of these awards. Certificate Information: It is strongly suggested that you do NOT put certificates through a printer but instead write the student’s name in ink. The gold seals and ribbons tend to come off in most printers and destroy the certificate.
